Addison is interested in using analytical laboratory technology like LC-MS and HPLC to characterize and quantify polyphenols and other bioactives of some Indigenous fruits and vegetables and their potential for human health. He desires to help make our food systems more sustainable and climate-smart.

Outside of the lab, Addison likes to network and socialize with diverse groups of people. In his free time, Addison enjoys playing basketball and watching movies.
